Role Models

If we look, there are role models everywhere when it comes to growing older.  We can still accomplish the things we have dreamed about.  Age might change the way we thought we would attain our goals but they can still be accomplished.  So dream BIG, search for joy and let the world know that we are not even close to being done with it yet!

It's Never Too Late to Change

How centenarians explain their longevity is an interesting article about why some people believe they have lived so long.  Being happy is a big one as are the basics: diet, exercise and sleep.  The way we choose to live our life will alter the quality and quantity of our years.  It really is up to us.

Real Life

Thank you to Aleah Chapin for her Aunties Project, for portraying aging women as so many of us are: wrinkled, grey haired, cracked up by life, joyful and real!  Don't cringe at these pictures but embrace them.  It is long past time that we begin to find true beauty in a life lived.
