Role Models
If we look, there are role models everywhere when it comes to growing older. We can still accomplish the things we have dreamed about. Age might change the way we thought we would attain our goals but they can still be accomplished. So dream BIG, search for joy and let the world know that we are not even close to being done with it yet!

Real Life
Thank you to Aleah Chapin for her Aunties Project, for portraying aging women as so many of us are: wrinkled, grey haired, cracked up by life, joyful and real! Don't cringe at these pictures but embrace them. It is long past time that we begin to find true beauty in a life lived.
We Can Do So Much
Not all of us can run far and everyday but let this couple, Janette Murray-Wakelin, 64, and Alan Murray, 68, inspire you to believe that as we age we can get better, healthier, happier or accomplish whatever is on our list.

Steve Jobs
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." Steve Jobs
Go out and be all you can be, regardless of your age, your looks, your education, your gender. Find a way to make your life work with joy and compassion, be wild and don't ever let other people's opinions stop you from being yourself!

Another Woman for the Planet
This is a fabulous speech by Sigourney Weaver as she accepts the Rachel Carson award. It's worth seven minutes of your day to watch it. Take her message to heart: as women, we can all do something to make a difference. Be inspired, become an activist for anything you have a passion for. No matter what our age is, we can let our voice be heard.
